ActorsE Chat Halloween Special With Elizabeth Arends, Tammi Sutton, Mark Devendorf and Host Sandro Monetti
At a very young age Elizabeth Arends attended Kings School of Dance. Elizabeth also attended drama lessons in Southport (UK) at Pamela Bardely’s School. Elizabeth gained many awards and scholarships from various drama and dance academies. Then, Elizabeth was offered a scholarship on a three-year dance course at the prestigious Northern Ballet School.
After working as both an actress and as a dancer, Elizabeth then retrained at a very prestigious London Drama School, ‘Mountview’ on their MA path. Following her tenure there, she had many work offers and toured with Shakespeare Internationally, worked in theatre shows in London.
Most recently, her filming credits include ‘Sherlock Holmes’ from USA Asylum Film Company. She has also worked on ‘The Lost’ by Thamesgate Films as ‘Poppy’ and is currently filming The Crazymaker as lead role of Jenx, which is due to be out next year. Elizabeth also appeared in Coronation Street in 2008, playing a small scene with Norris. Elizabeth has also recently been seen in a couple of episodes of Emmerdale, another great British Drama which was on television beginning September 2013.
Tami Sutton
Tami Sutton has been touted by Femme Fatales magazine as "One of the B-movie industry’s busiest ladies, taking on work in all areas of the forum, from art department and actress to screenwriter, producer, and director.” Clearly Tami has her work cut out for her and is making a name for herself. Tammi is credited with working on several ultra-low budget horror movies made for the straight-to-video market. Tammi has shared a successful domestic and international release of all of her films which include her tremendously successful first directed movie titled Killjoy 2: Deliverance from Evil (2002).
Although it was an unlikely hit, it was originally created for the domestic “urban horror” genre. Tammi has taken her experience from the small screen and is using it to engage in all levels of production. Currently she is actively writing, and directing. She is pursuing her desired career as a female genre filmmaker tailored for the big screen.
Mark Devendorf
Mark Devendorf is a known as a rising writer, editor and director in the horror genre. Mark has currently released his newest movie which is titled, Styria (2014), and it stars Stephen Rea. Mark has also directed Rise of the Giants (2014) and Starved (2006).
