JUDGE THE PICTURE, NOT THE FRAME

As executives enter the room, keep your eyes on their name tags. Do not judge their dress, what they look like, or their jewelry. This is not important.



***Focus on the picture, not the frame.***

If you focus on the name tag, you look at the picture, not the frame. Keep in mind that it's not what's on the outside that's most important, but what's on the inside. If the hair is messy or gray, or he's a slob, but he's the guy that I want to meet, it shouldn't matter.
