Danilo Di Julio is an actor, writer, director and
photographer. Danilo is of Italian descent and was born in Rochester, New York.
Danilo grew up in Canada because his mother is French Canadian. Danilo has a
big Italian/Canadian family and considers his family one of the biggest
blessings within his life. Danilos is also happily married to the love of his
life, actress Cori Di Julio.
Danilo is a former member of the Canadian Armed Forces
which he enlisted in after high school. Danilo served with the Royal Canadian
Dragoons as a tank gunner and patrolling expert for three years. Danilo also
qualified as a sharpshooter and was a member of the Special Forces (SSF) rappel
team before being honorably discharged. Danilo then pursued his two other
interests, Football and Acting.
Danilo was a part of Guelph University’s dramatic program
which helped him grow as an actor and as a man. His breakthrough role came after an audition for the ABC
movie “Gilda Radner: It’s Always Something”, and landed him the biggest role in
this career thus far. He had spent time in LA and in 2009 after a long and
rocky road, professionally and personally, Danilo returned to Los Angeles full
time.
Danilo has been in various commercials and appeared on the
NBC hit television show “The Office”. He also booked roles in another NBC hit, “Parks
and Recreation” as well as other independent commercials. Danilo is also the
co-writer and director of the sitcom, “Band Life” which filmed in April 2013.
Danilo also co-wrote for a television sitcome “Rainbow Reef” which was in
production in June 2014, and was set to star alongside Ed Asner.
