RSVPs will be accepted beginning 8 a.m., Wednesday, December 2.

The Hollywood Division Board will open its December 14, 2009 meeting to members-at-large for observation. This is part of the policy the Board passed that calls for all future meetings of the Board to be open, giving Hollywood Division members-at-large the opportunity to see their Hollywood Board at work.

Space is limited. Reservations are a must and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis (subject to stated requirements). All members who would like to attend must be in good-standing, affiliated with the Guild's Hollywood Division and willing to comply with observation procedures. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Only accepted observers will be contacted with confirmation and details.

In order to allow everyone interested the opportunity to attend, members may only be confirmed for one meeting during the current board year (October 2009 through September 2010).

iActor Hands-On Training: Everybody needs a little extra help sometimes. Let our trained iActor professionals assist you with logging in, creating your resume and uploading headshots.

Get on iActor! It is a free online directory exclusively for SAG members!

When: Tuesday, December 8, 2009

10 a.m. - 3 p.m. (a specific time slot will be assigned to you)

You will be contacted with a specific time. If you do not receive a confirmation time, you are not confirmed for this event.

This training is by appointment only and space is limited.

Before you RSVP….

·         You must be an active, paid-up member in good standing to attend this training.
·         You must also be registered with a member login on the SAG website. Go to SAG.org and register! For Web help, call (323) 549-6789.
·         Is your agency information up to date? Check with the Agency Department at (323) 549-6745.
·         If you are under 18, please be sure you have submitted the completed parental consent form to the membership department – at least 1 business day before the planned event.

What do you need to bring? 
Bring a hard copy or disk of your headshot and a hard copy of your resume that you will be entering on iActor. There will be trained professionals to assist you logging in, creating your resume and uploading your headshot. Computers will be provided on site.
