Katy Haber is a producer who began her entertainment career in England. Katy is known for her work alongside director Sam Peckinpah with whom she produced 8 films including Billy the Kid, Straw Dogs and Pat Garrett. Katy also produced the Academy Award winning film Deer Hunter.

Katy produced the film Blade Runner (1981) with Sir Ridley Scott and Michael Deeley. Katy’s production career includes numerous documentaries and continues to develop content for several television and film productions.

Since 1990 Katy has been a board member of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts in Los Angeles (BAFTA LA) and is a founding member.

Katy is very involved in community work and community outreach. Katy is an activist and advocate for homeless youth and gang prevention. Katy was the Executive Director of a transitional housing community for the homeless, Justiceville/Homeless USA’s Dome Village transitional housing community for the homeless, from 1993 to 2006. Katy then became the Executive Director of Spirit of Youth in 2007, which is a non-profit student exchange program between the US and the UK (www.soy-us.com). Katy was also active in working with a gang prevention program as the Executive Director of CURE from 2006 to 2008 which establishes relationships with the Los Angeles Police Department, the Sheriff’s Department, and Los Angeles Probation Department.

Katharine “Kat” Kramer is the daughter of Karen Sharpe Kramer and Spencer Tracy. Katherine was named after her godmother Katharine Hepburn. Growing up in a famous Hollywood family, Kat was influenced by both acting and music. For Katherine, music has always been a huge part of her life. She began choreographing ballets at the early age of five and is well known as a child prodigy of dance. Kat studied with the renowned choreographer Eugene Loring.

While it seemed that Kat was destined for a future in dance, she decided to pursue a career as a singer and actress instead. Kat has appeared in many films such as Hollywood Dreams, Going Shopping, What Just Happened, and Little Fockers.

Kat Kramer is also very active in the arts and is a fixture at most Hollywood events. Kat has headlined at various award shows and galas with many celebrities such as Joe Pesci, Shirley MacLaine, and Robert De Niro. Kat is also the West Coast representative of the Katherine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center.

Kat also aims to raise awareness about social issues and to showcase motion pictures so she founded Kat Kramer’s Films That Change the World, which aims at celebrating and screening films which bridge discussions about various social topics.

Karen Sharpe Kramer is a living legend in her own right. Karen Sharpe was a young ballet dancer and professional ice skater before becoming an actress. Karen appeared in Stanley Kramer’s production of The Sniper (1952), which was directed by Edward Dmytyk. Later, Karen married Stanley Kramer and became his assistant and the mother of his two children.

In her early days, Karen was a billboard model and was a cover model for many popular magazines such as “Cosmopolitan” and “Pageant.” She also appeared in many television commercials and was in the popular “White Rain” commercials where she gained her big break into acting. She appeared in many films such as Holiday for Sinners (1952) and Stagecoach West (1960). Karen’s film career is vast and also appeared on television until deciding to close the door on acting to become a full-time wife and mother.

Karen also established herself as a producer and created KNK Productions, Inc. She became an assistant to her husband and carried on many projects behind the camera which helped to support her husband’s career while raising her children. Karen maintained the Stanley Kramer Library and also established the Stanley Kramer Award and the Stanley Kramer Fellowship Award which are aimed to honor socially conscious filmmakers.

Stanley Kramer passed away on February 19, 2001.

Erin recalls being obsessed with the show Annie as a child. When she was about 7 years old, Erin landed the role of Molly in her local theater production of Annie, and her career was launched. Originally from the United Kingdom, Erin continued her career by working on several other shows throughout England and Scotland. While Erin was still in high school she had the opportunity to work on a popular television series about Scottish cops, titled “Taggart”. Following Erin’s high school graduation, she moved to New York to continue her acting education. Erin stayed in New York for about a year taking film classes and reportedly, “learning a lot about life”.

Following honing her craft further in New York, Erin returned to Scotland to study media and the performing arts at The Royal Academy. Erin also studied business following her performing arts studies. Afterwards, a role became available in the hit television series “Footballers’ Wives”, and Erin landed the role and subsequently moved to London. This launched her career further and became a bigger name in the industry. Erin’s acting and modeling career took off. This led Erin to combine her contacts in modeling and entertainment and drew her to want to help others in the field as well. Erin then created (EGA) the Erin Gavin Agency in the UK which has become a leading provider of models and dancers in the United Kingdom.

Erin has been seen in film, television series, print, theater productions, and in commercials. Erin’s most recent work has been playing the role of Marilyn Monroe in a live show in Hollywood, and won best show by LA Weekly.

Thespian Thoughts is a theatre review article on Actors Entertainment, a channel on the Actors Podcast Network, a Pepper Jay Production.

“If, from the title, you are expecting a stage version of Disney animated movie Frozen, be aware this is much darker material. A study of a child killer and the impact his actions have on the mother of one of his young victims, this is hard hitting but powerfully performed stuff.

John Pirkis is outstanding as the perverted predator, playing up the character’s human side more than his horrific nature. Of course, by making the monster so ordinary, he makes him so much scarier".

"Troy Titus-Adams breaks your heart as the grieving mother and when she eventually makes a prison visit to her child’s killer, the stage is set for an emotional showdown.”

That meeting is against the wishes of Serena Berne’s enigmatic psychiatrist who studies the minds of serial killers – but is she objecting to protect the feelings of the mother or of the murderer?"
