Rising Pop Star Lucky Harmon on ActorsE Chat With Host Kurt Kelly

Lucky Harmon was born in Baltimore, but dreams were calling him elsewhere. Always musically inclined as a boy, Lucky enjoyed singing in the choir and being a part of musical arrangements. Lucky relocated to Atlanta in order to pursue his career. Atlanta has always been a hotbed for American music artists, from country to indie-rock, to hip hop. When Lucky arrived in Atlanta, he began recording his album, "Welcome to My World" which was an instant dance success, with tracks being heard all over the country and the world.

In 2010, Lucky had a tragedy befall him which changed the path of his career, his manager was tragically killed in an accident. This changed Lucky's focus to acting as well as singing. Lucky was on many television shows including The Vampire Diaries, VEEP, House of Cards, and Drop Dead Diva. Lucky also starred in Fast and Furious 7, and during filming a chance encounter with an A and R executive landed him a new recording contract. Harmon takes his inspiration from Calvin Harris, Justin Timberlake, and The Black Eyed Peas. Lucky's goal is to coin his own sound that is a fusion of all of these, music that everyone can appreciate.Host Kurt Kelly will be interviewing Lucky on the Sidebeat Music Show on, 7/6/2015 at 4pm PST and 7pm EST. Lucky will be speaking with Kurt about his successes, projects, and his journey to Hollywood.
