I'm always amazed when I hear the facts on gender equality. As No Ceilings data show, there have been some incredible gains for girls and women, but significant gaps remain in reaching full participation. It's clear we have more work to do.
But with every day, we're getting closer. One of the great joys of our work is meeting and encouraging young women and men who are part of a new generation – the No Ceilings Generation.
We're optimistic, and we want you to be too. We're not there yet when it comes to gender equality, but equipped with the facts, we can get there – together.
