Kerri Kasem has been blazing a path in her father's footsteps, Kerri is a nationally syndicated radio host, producer, and advocate. Since February of 2010 Kasem has been the cohost of Sixx Sense with rocker Nikki Sixx. Kasem has interviewed numerous celebrities, hosted talk radio, and more,all to rave reviews. When her father's health began to decline, Kerri made the difficult decision to leave Sixx Sense and focus on caring for her family.
During the difficulties of seeing her ailing father Casey, Kerri Kasem, became an advocate and lobbyist for the Visitation Bill in California, also known as AB2034. The bill states that children of ailing parents have visitation rights, with or without the permission of spouses and siblings. The bill passed with flying colors and four other states adopted similar laws thanks to California's model. Kerri founded Kasem Cares, an organization which performs outreach to adult children to assist with visitation rights with their ailing parents.
Kasem has continued her love of radio with two nationally syndicated shows, The New American Funding Radio and The Mortgage Radio Show, she is the co-host. Kerri has a podcast which she co-hosts with Ashley Marriott entitled The Kerri Kasem Podcast.
