Just a few brief things:

- For those who have sent an RSVP with a plus one, we need to have the names of all attendees in your party so that nobody gets stuck at the door. Please send them as soon as you are able.
- Please be sure that you have $10 cash per person with you at the door for your wristband. No checks or credit cards. Profits go to the DLF lab.
- While there is no official dress code, this is a fairly classy event and most dress at least business casual. This is not at all mandatory if you do not feel the need.
- A coat check will be available for $2 (Slate charge) at the event.
- VOCareer.com is presenting their "Pay-to-Play Online Marketplace Domination Event" from 10am to 2pm on the day of the mixer. Those interested are invited to visit http://www.vocareer.com/home/

- Edge Studio is generously providing free voiceover studio space during the days leading up to the mixer for those of you traveling in from out of town. They are also hosting a free mixer pre-party at their new Times Square location not far from the main event from 2:30 until 4:30 on Saturday. More info on the official event site.
- Be sure to bring a camera and plenty of business cards. We will be accepting hard copy demos and submission packages as well.
Come celebrate our fifth anniversary as Voice Talent Productions and The Voxy Ladies present The 2012 New York Voiceover Mixer!
This is your opportunity to network with hundreds of voiceover talent, agents, coaches, casting directors and other voiceover industry professionals from around the globe at the world's largest voiceover industry event. As in past years, the venue will be filling fast (we must cap at 600 attendees) and you must RSVP here to have your name added to the list below and be admitted. We also ask that you bring a $10 cash donation with you at the door to benefit The Don LaFontaine Voice-Over Lab. Please note that that this will be the last of the New York Mixer series. This means that this is possibly your last chance to meet up with such a large group of other voiceover professionals and enjoy an event of this magnitude. While we have teamed up with The Voxy Ladies this year to present this event, this is YOUR mixer. Please come help us celebrate the resilience of New York City in the wake of the recent storm (no worries, the power is on and all will be back to normal for the event) and join us one last time in raising a glass to voiceover!
