In an exciting development, Kurt Kelly will be joined by producer, agent, and casting director Aziz Acar. Biography of Aziz Acar:
Aziz, is a Manager Of Dubbing And Translations for both Major Broadcast Networks, and Consulting Director on translation projects for Public Municipalities, Museums, Institutions, Governments, Fortune 500 Corporation, and virtually every industry. Acar is also an accomplished voice artist, Voice Director & Casting Director of multilingual voice talents for overdubbing, ADR, voice replacement and projects in multiple languages.
Aziz is best known for his voice directing of Alf and Bonanza at TRT, the first TV channel to be established in Turkey at where he worked for 6 years. Acar was born in Istanbul, Turkey. As the youngest of the family, he attended Eskisehir Anatolia University in Eskisehir and studied Economics and Social Sciences. In 1996 he married Ayse Agirman and the couple have two children.
Since 1990, he is actively participating in the business as a voice talent in Turkish and Arabic and as a Voice Director & Casting director in all languages.
He participated as the director of voice talents in some block busters including The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (2003), Three Colors: Blue (1993), Red (1994) and White (1994), Nico (2006), Le Concile De Pierre (2006), Nico (2006), Everyone's Hero (2007), Impy's Island (2007), Le Renard Et L'Enfant (2007), Three Robbers (2007), Astérix Aux Jeux Olympiques (2008), Nocturna (2008), Space Chimps (2008), Fly Me To The Moon (2008), Disco Worms (2009), Puss In Boots (2009), Garfield's Pet Force (2009), Tale Of Princess Kaguya (2010), Five Minarets In New York (2010), Astérix Et Obélix: Au Service De Sa Majesté (2012).
Since 2010 to present, Acar has been giving lectures on dictation, articulation, entonation and dubbing techniques at a major private company in Istanbul. And he has been proceeding his lectures at Istanbul Technical University since 2011.

Tip #1
Know Your Goals
An actor is faced with many career decisions; acting classes, agents, how to make a living while pursuing an acting career, etc. Be crystal-clear about your goals. Having an acting career is more than just going to classes and workshops. It is taking action and creating your own opportunities.
Tip #2
Be a Giving Networker
Networking with people that YOU can help in some way. By helping others you will gain favor, respect and opportunities. Don't ask others to do things for you without you somehow returning the favor. We all work on the life balance sheet of taking and giving. Be a giver and you will attract other givers. Many acting opportunities come from people you have networked with.
Tip # 3
Starting the Scene:
Just before beginning the filming of a scene, take the time to "take in" the moment: the circumstances, location, what just happened to you or to your knowledge in a previous scene, and your emotional state. Now, you are ready for your close up!
Tip #4
Audition Props?
As a rule, audition props are a no-no. However, a good audition prop, when appropriate, is a clip board. This can be useful when auditioning for roles of a detective, policeman, doctor, nurse, teacher, etc. It's where you can keep your sides.
Tip #5
Market Yourself
Share who you are. Your job is to be known . When your name is googled, peeps should easily be able to see your photos, website, social media, reel. When you have a role, send a postcard to casting directors to let them know about it. Don't hide ... market yourself.

Get Trained
In the old studio days of acting an actor may have been under contract to a certain studio, they paid for all their actors training and the actor received a steady check each week that paid your rent. Now, we no longer have the studio system, so it's up to the actor to obtain training. It's not enough just to take an acting class. An actor should also train with a vocal coach, have dancing lessons, work with dialect coaches; to become well rounded.

Brian has always had a desire to create not only as an actor and producer, but also as a screenwriter. Serious about the craft, he attended Robert McKee's intensive Story Structure Seminar. The seminar, taught by the most widely known and respected screenwriting lecturer in the world, has left him remembering that, "Story-telling has form, but no formula." After having gained much wisdom straight from the master, Brian immediately put his creative energy to work. To-date he has co-written four unique scripts and a sit-com pilot. The next project on his docket is producing a romantic-comedy entitled, REARended.

Chanel Ryan is a blooming actress who sat down with Candace Kita to discuss her time in the industry as well as all of her upcoming projects on ActorsE Chat which is a co production of Pepper Jay Productions and Live Video, Inc.
Chanel, an American actress and model of German and Irish
descent, is no stranger to the entertainment industry. She has successfully
navigated the acting and modeling industry over the past decade. Discovered on
the beach in her early teens, her career has been going non-stop ever since.
Ryan’s first
movie appearance was in the independent film “Waiting For The Rocket” in 1994.
In 1997, she auditioned for the film “George Wallace”. Legendary director John
Frankenheimer offered her the part on the spot, working with veteran actors
Gary Sinise and Mare Winningham. In 1998, she landed the role of one of the
Felon Cheerleaders in the Universal film BASEkeball, from the creators of South
Park and director David Zucker. In 2002, her improv training with the
Groundlings and ACME Comedy Theater helped her garner a guest starring role opposite
Bill Murray in the pilot “The Sweet Spot”, as well as the role of iconic
entertainer Andy William’s girlfriend and co-host on “The Andy Williams Easter
Special” for the BBC.
During the early
years of her career, Chanel’s main focus was modeling. She still continued to
take acting jobs sporadically, but enjoyed success in the modeling world and
spent the majority of her time traveling to different exotic locations for
work. In 2011, she shifted her attention from modeling to acting full time.
Her recent acting
roles include Jonas Akerlund’s “Small Apartments” with James Caan and Billy
Crystal; “Dorothy And The Witches Of Oz”, starring Sean Astin, Christopher
Lloyd and Lance Henrickson; “Skum Rocks” with Alice Cooper and “Bad Kids Go To
Hell” with Judd Nelson and Ben Browder, based on the best-selling comic book.
She appears as
“Fantazia” in the cult classic follow-up “Hobgoblins 2″ from director Rick
Sloan and is next featured in, the soon-to-be-released horror film, “Alice D.”,
where she plays genre legend Kane Hodder’s evil sidekick “Isabel”; Creature
Feature “Dead Sea” alongside scream queen Devanny Pinn; and the upcoming drama
“Bigger Than The Beatles” as Candice Bergen.
Next, she’ll be
starring in three independent films; horror film “Circus Of The Dead” alongside
Bill Oberst Jr., the psychological thriller “House On Rodeo Gulch” and the
sci-fi feature “The Halo Theory”.
Always striving
for more from her career, the progression to producer was only natural. Her
work as an actress on back to back independent features and her years of
modeling has served as a hands on film school.
She is currently
in pre-production on her feature film producing debut: “Crimson Saints,” where
she brings her extensive experience, knowledge of public relations/marketing/branding
and her vast rolodex to the project.
Chanel has
studied with some of L.A.’s most respected and renowned acting coaches
including Margie Haber (Master Class), Aaron Speiser, Lesly Kahn and Katt Shea.
She’s had
extensive dialect coaching from the “Master of Voices”, Bob Corff, helping her
perfect numerous accents, from British to Southern.
One of her other
specialties includes full tactical weapons training from an instructor whom
trains both military and SWAT officers. She’s proficient with hand guns,
automatic rifles and shotguns, as well as hand to hand combat including knife
and firearm disarmament.
To date, Chanel
has appeared in over 30 national commercials including Pepsi, Saturn,
Volkswagen, Del Taco, Wet & Wild Cosmetics, Audi, Coca-Cola, and Visa. You
have seen her in campaigns for Anheuser Busch, Burke Williams Spas, Harley
Davidson Swimwear, Harrah’s Casinos and Miller Beer, as well as in fashion
shows for Fredrick’s Of Hollywood.
Named one of the
“Sexiest Women on the Planet” by magazines from four continents, her face and
body have graced magazines across the globe, including Maxim, FHM and Playboy.
In 2004, Chanel
created her “CHANEL” Swimsuit Calendar; garnishing awards year after year and
becoming a seasoned producer of photography and editorial layouts. Her shoots
appear regularly on magazine covers and editorials around the world; in
publications such as FHM, DT, Nuts, Men’s Edge, People, Ralph, etc. Her clients
range from fashion designers, models and actors, feature film campaigns and image
consultancy.
An avid animal
lover, activist and “rescuer,” Chanel shares her home with two “adoptees”; a
cat named Ruby Tuesday and a border collie named Lucky. A portion of the
proceeds from her swimsuit calendars, to her numerous autograph appearances, go
to support animal charities each year.
